The agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is
Team Inflection is an HR operating system for small businesses: the talent audit and the talent pipeline in one simple process. This website presents the product and lets you join the beta waitlist. The product itself is in beta: features may change, and it is provided as it is.
The beta offer
One hundred places. Teams that take a place test the full core product for two months, give us feedback, and use it free for one year, including up to 100 employees. After that year the beta rate is $19 a month instead of the standard $29. If more than 100 teams apply, we review every application and select the first 100 by hand. Which 100 they are makes no difference to the offer. A place belongs to the team we confirm it with and cannot be sold or transferred.
