Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. In short: we collect only what the beta waitlist and your messages require.
Who we are
This website is operated by Langspeed LLC, 333 Mission Drive, Suite 300, Irvine, CA 62692. For anything in this policy, write to stefan@langspeed.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join the beta waitlist we store your email address, your company size, your role and the challenge you describe. When you use the contact or talent-audit form we store your name, email address, company, topic and message.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our host processes technical data when a page is loaded — IP address, time of access, requested page and browser information — in server logs. We use it to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not build profiles of your browsing.
How we use it
To manage the 100 beta places and contact you about yours, to answer your message, to run, secure and improve this website, and to meet our legal obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and database provider processes the data on our behalf so that the site can run. Beyond that, we share information only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and contact data stays with us until the beta is complete or until you ask us to delete it. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, give you a copy, or restrict how we use it — California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and visitors in the EEA or UK under the GDPR. Send one email to stefan@langspeed.com and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Security and children
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss and unauthorised access. This website is intended for people 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we update this policy and the date at the top.
